A couple of years ago, I purchased a rebuilt and warrantied EBCM from Modulemasters.com for $300.00. I got to keep my original module as backup.
Keep in mind that the rebuilt EBCM's are probably better than new since they are rebuilt using better components and warrantied for life. If you buy a new OEM module, you may face the same type of failure down the road.
