Thanks Pat for getting me the Vararam system overnight and for spending so much time on the phone with me,with your system and the extra power of my new motor I'm expecting 133mph trap speeds in the cool fall air.

My car broke the C5 Vette naturally aspirated record last night with a 10.71 at 130Mph pass, breaking my old record of 10.84 at 128.Thanks again Patrick for the Vararam and helping me go faster.

I'm  .....was the new intakes installed for the run last nite or is this a mod yest to be done?......no mention of the intake here:
The Vararam is on the car,it's been on for a week now,the thing is wicked, when you stand in front of the car at an idle it makes this whistling, sucking sound,it's awesome.
Re: Thanks to Patrick at VARARAM!! (Mean Green 2000)
Yes,The Vararam was on the car for the 10.71 at 130Mph pass. The motor has less than 200 miles on it,I have new 1 7/8 headers going on it this week,Cartek will be experimenting with some different intake manifolds in conjunction with Patrick at Vararam also. When it's broken in more and in the cool fall air I hope to trap at 132-133 at a faster track like Atco,NJ or Cecil Co,Md.Both of these tracks are usually a tenth and a Mph faster than Engishtown where the run was made last night. The temps last night were 77 degrees with an altitude of +1250 ft,the tracks in the northeast get down to below 1000ft altitude in the cooler 35-40 degree temps in the fall, that's usually good for two tenths and two Mph.
Re: Thanks to Patrick at VARARAM!! (Mean Green 2000)
MeanGreen,I expect more than a 2Mph gain, the old 10.84 at 127.93 pass was with my old 408 motor at Atco a different, faster track,in cooler weather conditions than what the 10.71 was ran in.I expect this car with the new 415 and the Vararam to run high 10.40's to low 10.50's at 132-133 at Atco in similiar conditions.
