Default Brake hoses

I am changing brake hoses on all four corners. Should I change the hoses and bleed the back brakes before I do the front?

I'd change all four then bleed.

X2, change hoses on all 4 corners 1st obviously then Bleed from the furthest coner from the master cyl to the closest.. so yes.. if you have a clear bleeder hose make sure you get any old/dirty fluid out untill its clean.. make sure to watch the res to make sure it stays full. I would recommend a Good Synth brake fluid (dot3 or Dot 4), i did valvoline in mine but everyone here likes Amsoil.

1: Right rear
2: Left rear
3: Right front
4: Left front

FYI - that bleed pattern is for a 2000 and earlier. On a 2001-2004, the bleed pattern is RR, LF, LR, RF. Different plumbing and ABS unit for 2001+. OP has a '99 so that bleed pattern you stated is correct for him. Just making sure anyone reading this doesn't assume that's the pattern for all C5s.
