Steering column torque specifications

Steering column torque specifications

I checked the archives and couldn't find info on the torque specifications for the two 13mm "nuts" that hold the column in place. I removed the cluster for repair and removed the 13mm nuts to allow room for removal and need to reinstall but don't know specs for torque. See picture 21 in this link for reference.

Doesn't seem like much but I'll go with the manual. It is lb in not lb ft?

Based on the amount of effort needed to remove the nuts 17 ft lbs makes sense! 17in lbs is finger tight at best. I appreciate the help. I'll go with 17 ft lbs.
