Stalls
2000 corvette stalls right when i let go of the clutch.....starts right back up then stalls when i let out clutch .... Baterry did die before this problem started ... Recharged it and problem started ....can i disconnect batt. And reset comp. ???

Sounds like the 2mph fuel shutoff that is part of the Column Lock symptoms.
What message is displayed in the dic when you turn the key to the start position but do not crank the engine???
Pull Key and Wait.......???
With NO KEY in the ignition is the column locked or can you turn the wheel at least 1/2 a turn with a little arm strength??

THANKS FOR ADVICE ...... I TURNED ON CAR .... 5 SECONDS ...TURNED OFF CAR ... IT SAID TO TAKE KEY OUT AND WAIT 10 SECONDS ... I DID THAT AND CAR IS FINE NOW .....DONT KNOW IF IT WAS SECURITY RELATED OR BECAUSE THE BATTERY DIED .. BUT ALL IS WELL
