Default Lights out on DIC

Tonight driving in the dark I noticed the backlights on the first four buttons on my DIC (fuel, gauges, trip, and options) did not light up, but the bottom two (E/M, and reset) did light up. Any suggestions on where to look and how to fix this? The rest of the dash and all the other displays are fine.

Edit - I just saw another post with almost the same question and in it is a pic of a small bulb in a plastic holder. A couple of days ago I found a blue bulb looking just like that on the floor mat alongside the center console. Because the bulb is blue and all my dash lights appear white, I had no clue where this came from and did not think it even came from my car. How would this fall out? Can someone point me in the direction for instructions on how to remove the DIC panel and replace the bulbs and the best place to buy these bulbs. Thanks.

the bulbs just set in and turn a little to lock in place . yours probable rattled out . they use the blue cover to make the yellow lights more white . to remove it you must take the whole gauge cluster out then partially dissable the cluster housing . its actually really simple . i recomend searching for a led swap how to and it will show you exactly what to do . took me about 2 hours the first time and that includes soldering leds together
