I would say it's not normal. I never use mine and the level never goes down. You must have a leak somewhere.
well if you are filling it up every month I guess you do have a leak. You should be able to tell so do you? If not what you have a dirty sensor and it's very very common issue on these cars. Lots of post on these and a how to. Basically you need to clean the sensor inside . Easy job.

the sensor just pushes into the washer fluid tank body at the rear side. make sure it's seated fully. Mine wasn't and leaked a bit. I also recently had the tank out (just 2 nuts hold it in). The pump just snaps in place at the bottom of the tank. That's a potential leak spot also.
i think i found the problem i found out that the windshield washer hose broke so ima replace that
but i also don't know if the windshield washer pump would cause the leak as well when i took out the tank i unplug the hose that was connect to the pump and washer fluid started spilling out, is that normal ?
don't the washer fluid suppose to lock inside the pump?

that the washer pump
Replace it if possible and be done with it. It's not like its expensive but more annoying than anything so I know how you feel I had the same issue so first I identified the leak to make sure it wasn't coming from the hose, the sensor mounting point or elsewhere. I found the pump to be culprit, tried to fix but the plastic was old so I decided to replace. After looking around I found a deal for a new windshield washer reservoir and coolant overflow tank on Amazon and replaced them both.
You can find these fairly cheap and that way you will not have to mess with it for years.
