A/C Light won't go off
I tried doing a search but could not find my exact problem. If I put the air or heat on in my 02 The A/C Light is always on, even if i just want the heat on..the A/C light stays on. Am i doing something wrong? When I hit the A/C button to turn it off it just blinks a few times and then stays on. Sometimes I can get it to turn off, but then it turns back on in about 30 seconds. No matter what buttons I hit I can't seem to turn off my A/C.

what air flow position is the air set to? Defrost, Vents, Floor? if its on defrost it will allways kep the AC going. Any HVAC codes? Assuming you dont have it set to defrost and recurculate off then i would try unhooking the battery for a hour or so then test again. if there is something screwy with system it should give you a code and you can check that on the dash display.

start by checking to see if you have any codes. Mine did a similar thing this past summer. I took it to my dealer in atlanta (they have a couple of top shelf corvette mechanics I trust) they replaced the shrater valves and recharged the system and all is well.
