just reading about rocker arm failures on LS7s.
Just purchased a 2007 with 7000 miles. It was built in Aug of 2006.
Would it be a good idea to install a comp cams rocker arm trunion bearing kit?

Yes, you can. You should upgrade your stock LS7 rocker arms with either the Comp kit or the C.H.E. Precision upgrade - http://cheprecision.com/html/home.html

I took a real hard look at the CHE upgrade, if for no other reason that it's so cool. However, "cool", in this case, doesn't come cheap, and after some serious thought, I purchased the Comp Cams trunnion kit instead, and installed it myself.
