Headlight Flops
One of my headlights works as normal, the other is no longer connected. The light comes on, but the PS light stays down. Except when I go over a bump, and then it might flop up on its own, weather the light is on or not.
I assume some kind of gear problem, but none of my Vette friends have seen this.
Anyone see it, have any ideas?

At one point I lost the pin connecting the motor actuator rod to the underside of the headlight assembly. Sounds like this is a possibility in your case since the headlight will flop on it's own over a bump, mine did this as well.
I can say that the headlight motors and mechanisms on my car have given me the most trouble compared to anything else on the car. Makes me wish it was a C6 in that regard.
