Once again I call upon the knowledgeable on a matter of great importance.
To me anyway.
As with the air box question, the same holds true for the programer.
I have a 02/ 6speed conv't and I'am in the prosses of making up a bunch of thing to order from a parts place, and I'am up to the programer.
suggestion /input/ experiences with units appreciated.
thanks
Bob, if i may ask, what did you have done, & is there anyone in particular i should speak w/? I'm planning on a gear swap soon. 2.73's to 3.15's or 3.42's, but haven't decided on which yet.
You have several options for the 2002..Your best and quickest turnaround will be Ed Wright from www.fastchip.com. You will have to pull the PCM for a couple of days but the programming is flawless...and the customer service is imopeccable. I suggest you get all your mods together and do the programm ONCE! Gear swaps are easy! If your anticipating headers or any other modifications than you should do it all at once if you can. Other wise you will have to reprogram later on...it's just an inconvience:D
I went and had the work performed at Superchips shop. Fuel, Timing, Torque management, Speed limiter, Fan settings, Rev limiter, Pressure in trans lines, Gear change adjustment, Even the Maf was tweaked just a little. :D Give ROBERT a call tell him Bob with the Silver 01 that they used for R&D sent you.
407 260 - 0838 or http://www.superchips.com Give him a list of what you are doing and what you are looking to get out of your car.
