I just got my TSP headers in today so I figured I would go ahead and start putting them on. After reading around on the forum I found that everyone said to put one header in from the bottom and one from the top. These went in without much trouble at all through the top. Removed the valve covers and plugs and it dropped in on both sides. I did have to remove the starter though. They fit like a glove. My question though is what is the best way for cutting the hole in the body plate to have clearance for the 02s? Start with a drill and then use a dremel? Whats the easiest way?
I'd use a hole saw if you can put an accurate dot on there for where the interference is. Deleting the rear O2s would also be a very clean solution, did you get catted or non catted h pipe?
were these their new stainless steel ones? I have their older coated mild steel version and they went in very easily but it is rusting on the right collector where the ac drips. did you have to remove any of the steering components to get the drivers side in?
Mine are the stainless steel ones. I don't know if I would have 100 pecent had to remove the steering shaft but I went ahead and did. I only loosened it from the rack and laid it over but they definately wouldn't fit without removing the valve covers. What did you cut the hole in the body plate with?

I used a plasma cutter. Or rather I took the plate to a shop that had one.
