Default Break lights

My break lights won't work on the right side. Blinkers, hazards and when I turn the head lights on everything lights up but when the breaks are applied I get nothing on the right side. I have replaced the bulbs, checked the fuses, grounding straps even traced the wires to the connection under the rear end. I am lost as to what could be the problem. Help please.

The power for the brake lights on both sides go through a single contact in the hazard switch. Is it impossible for a hazard switch failure to cause the brakes on one side to fail.

The most likely point of failure is the multi-function switch since everything else works. This the the combined turn/light/etc switch on the column. The brake switch power comes in on a brown wire and then goes back out to the right rear bulbs on the dark green wire.
