First of all, Happy New Years to all my Vette Bros. A sound is coming from the right side of my frontend. It actually sound like something is loose. A clunk, or a deep sounding tic. sometimes it happens at take-off or when I turn. Any ideas on what It may be. Other than that, the car runs awesome.
Sounds like the usual swaybar endlink problem. Likely they need tightened. I'd hit them all. If you have rubber endlinks, its recommended to upgrade to the GM metal endlinks on the later C5's.
Note to help diagnose: I've found this to normally be true, if its just a noise on corners it points to swaybars. Bumps only points to shocks, and acceleration/deceleration only points to control arms. If both accel/decel, and corners, it could be a combination of loose control arm bolts and swaybar bolts/endlinks.

Seem the noise is still there. I had frontend aligned, Torqued sway bar and a-arms checked. Just seem to still make that clunk noise when I first drive forward and when I turn right or left but never makes it when I hit a blemish on the road. Any other possibilities?
Sounds like control arm bushings or sway bar links. I would check the ball joints and tie rods as well to be safe. It's difficult to diagnose noises over the internet. You should have someone who is experienced with front end work to check it.
No offense to k24556, but I doubt it's the hub bearings. They generally growl while driving when they go bad. I agree without nukec5 posted. From my own experience with many makes and models, sway bar links and ball joints are the most common front end problems. Both are not always obvious with the car in the air and suspension hanging. The slop/ looseness can hidden by spring pressure.
