On a serious note, sounds like it would be something rotating on the front of the motor. Take off the belts and start the motor again, see if the sound comes back. Good time to feel the idler pulleys, see if they rotate smooth. I bet it's a idler, pump, or compressor on the front.
Recommend you buy an automotive stethoscope and locate the noise. They are very inexpensive and quite effective. Sure sounds like a bearing noise or belt squeak. Should be easy to locate hopefully.
Sounds like a bad bearing in one of the accessory drives, AC, Power Steering etc. It could be deeper but always start with cheap and work your way unless you know exactly where it is. Stethoscope is defiantly a great thing to own.
