Wipers turning off and on
I have a 99 corvette and I been having problems with the wipers turning on and off by themself and not when needed. I have change the motor and the wiper module and it still did the same thing. I cleaned out the utters as well. What could be causing it

Check the wire bundles under the battery. I had a similar problem with my 98, ended up being a wire bundle that was chaffed at the corner of the battery tray. Corrosion had set in and it happened to be wires related to the wipers. Might not be your problem, but it's something to check.
