Default valve seals

I bought a set of new valve springs and seals on this forum and have a question. Half of the valve seals have a different color seal in the center from the other half does it make any difference on which the valve they go on? Thanks for any input.

Yes, one is intake and the other is exhaust.

Thanks for the input I figured there was a difference but didn't know which went where. Thanks again Tom
