WallstAL,Why did you pick the Fluidyne? Do they rate as gvw? How do you like it?
The fluidyne came recommend by jam999999, he has one and does road racing. I did not see anything about GVW. I just installed it in series with the factory one. I need to go on a long drive to test it, the installation was really easy.
Just a small note on this cooler & the location you mounted in.
The cooler shown is a 50mm deep core, which is not really a good choice for a transmission cooler. Transmission oil flow is only around 2.5gpm. An ideal cooler will be 19mm to a max of 32mm. The extra width of the core will greatly reduce the fluid velocity and the performance of the cooler.
If you do keep the 50mm cooler, I would also recommend moving it into the air stream. The air flow needs to be perpendicular to the core face. Or, you can make us of the rad fan and mount it against the condenser. The location you put it in is a dead spot for air flow. The bottom plate of the cooler will see good air flow, however it will yeild no heat transfer.

The shroud behind the cooler has been removed similar to the Vortex. Also air intake holes are cut in the front vents on the left and right sides of the front license plate allowing perpendicular air flow thru the fins of the cooler, installing Z06 screens on the front (covering the holes) are an option.
