How to fix half shaft?

How to remove & replace half shaft?
I broke the output shaft in my rear end and the piece is still stuck in the half shaft. I've already got the rear end out and the new output shaft in, but I'm having trouble getting the broken piece out. Any ideas?

Dale, I read your post... when mine was fixed, (the left internal shaft was broken) I was not there to witness the removal... sorry I can help you out... :(

Dale, you might pester The One. I believe I recall him mentioning this issue when he had his repaired also, maybe he knows a trick or two now. :)
