I recently did a run using buddy's autotap, showed a few misfires in no.2 + 3 cylinders. Having installed NGK 55's a month ago I figure it's the stock wires. Went to http://www.thunderracing.com cheapest place I could find for both Magnecor and Thundervolts($69.95) went ahead and ordered Magnecor's although Angie at Thunderracing said they do have problems if you are going to be taking the wires on and off a lot. Told her my plan is not to so I went ahead with the purchase. Anybody have this problem? After visiting http://www.Magnecor website I am pretty much sold that these wires are as good if not better than any wire out there. Any feedback would be helpful.
We have had good luck with the Magnecor wires on Vipers also. The only problem is if used with NGK plugs, the boots sometimes stick and you have to be real careful pulling the boot off or the inside will rip out.
I used the magnecors on my 2000, and loved them. Plan on putting them on my 01 when I get a chance. They use the stock delco boot on the plug end, so that works great, and also allows you to use the heat shield.
