I just replaced my hazard light switch and my hazards and brake lights work again, but I still don't have turn signals. ugh! Also when I pull the turn signal lever up or down, I don't hear the relay clicking. its whisper quiet when I pull the lever up and down.
Is there a fuse for the turn signals?

Mine does that. Turn on a signal and just wiggle the hazard button side to side and see if the signal starts blinking. If so you got a defective switch

I don't see how the hazard switch is defective as I have just replaced it with a new Hazard switch and now have my brake lights back and my hazard lights work.
I think I might have to replace my turn signal switch lever on the steering wheel or try the hyper flash from JW Motoring.
How would I know if it is the headlight/cruise control/turn signal stalk lever that is bad?

Yes, there is a separate fuse for the turn signals. It is a 20 amp fuse in position #15 of the fuse panel according to the FSM wiring diagram. If that fuse is OK, you could have a defective hazard switch. Here is a link to another post with instructions on the easy way to replace the hazard switch if that is the case.
Glad it was so simple. A lot of people get fooled when they see that schematic and the "wording" on the fuse which is very misleading. However the schematic tells no lies in actually what that fuse provides.
PS: You may have a short problem that will blow the fuse again. Hopefully not, and it was just tired and gave up. If you blow it again let us know if we can help.
