I'm putting a Kenwood DDX470 into a 2004 Z06. I'm trying to figure out were to put the green park switch wire. It looks as though there is a purple and an orange wire running up from the parking break lever, under the console, and then forward. Are these the two correct wires? If so which would I tap into?

Put a test light on both wires. Attach the wire from the head unit to the wire that changes to negative when the e-brake is pulled up. I would just ground it, but it's your car do what you want.
