Default c6 bcm in a c5??
Does anyone know if the ebcm from a 2005 c6 will work in a 2001 c5? A friend has one from a track car and if it works I can get it for 50 bucks.

VERY, VERY unlikely. Bet the connectors and pinouts are very different since the C6 has electric door entry and other things the C5 does not.

The C6 BCM Is part of the Passengers Compartment Fuse block.

Its NOT going to fit or work. The C6 also uses a CAN BUSS and a serial buss.
