Re: codes say its running lean- what to do ? (KDubb)
does it need to be taken back to MTI for LS1 edit fix ?
If MTI already did LS1edit tuning on your car, I'd take it to them and have them fix the tuning for you. Give them a call and see what they say about the code.
Re: codes say its running lean- what to do ? (kewlbrz)
Id run an obd-ii diag like autotap, and see whats really going on. Did it just start happening out of the blue?
i never had an issue with the car after the cam install till i took it to the local dealer here to replace the clutch.
since i got the car back from them it has been throwing those 2 codes. They did have to remove the headers to gain access to the clutch, could that have anything to do with these codes ?

Could defintaly be a leak in the system. The headers could be pulling in fresh air, and falsing a lean condition to the O2's.
Re: codes say its running lean- what to do ? (KDubb)
Leak would probably be around the header flanges...listen for a " snapping sound" almost like a lifter clack. Also, you don't think they did a courtesy re-flash update for you eraseing your custom tuning, do you? The MAFT is for tuning air/fuel if you don't take the step of LS1 or other custom tuning...it is imperfect at best, but can help.
