Hey fellow vetters. Which sway bars should I consider for my 2003 zo6. The car has been lowered on stock bolts about 1/2" - 3/4" and has DRM valved Bilsteins with poly bushings. I wanted to possibly add a set of sway bars to my set up. The car will probably be used exclusively for Track and mountain driving ONLY. I was considering the T1 bars, but would love opinions of which bars might work best with what I have so far, If any bars at all. I will be using a toyo R888 or kumho v710 or like tire. I will mainly use the car at Laguna Seca, thunder hill, infineon, and button willow
When you start dinking with roll stiffness, unless you go with a properly matched setup it's a good idea to have something that is adjustable so that you can get it fine tuned.
Going with a proper proven setup is by far the easiest way to do it and Anthony can set you up with something that will work well.
what is your budget and driving habits?
moderate driving street and track and on a budget guys look at C6 stock parts for an upgrade:
Bang for the buck is C6Z51 bars, w/ metal end links and C6Z06 shocks.
more aggressive/track and some street the mentioned above bars will be better.
I spend a lot of time in the canyons. The more technical the better.
I have the T1 bars and would replace them in a heartbeat. I have run these with the Koni FSD shocks and now with the LG coil overs. I recommend them to anyone.
I run the pfadt HR's. but they arent in business anymore. Any adjustable set will allow for fine tuning if you're serious about the track. The T1 is a good set and would be better than nothing for sure though.
@ redzmonte. I had c6 zo6 shocks and the ones i have now that i mentioned are far and away better. That being the DRM bilsteins. But i appreciate your input, so thank you.
DIXZ you said that you would replace the t1's in a heartbeat but then said that you would recommend them to anyone? I have to assume by the ending to your post, you like them? lol
Anthony @ LG.... I wrote what I have and what I do with the car, what do you recommend? One or the other. Yes I definitely want to go adjustable to be able to tune the Over/under steer of the car. Thanks for all the help to fellas
Ive been using C6Z06 sways for a while now and Ive been very happy with them. The car stays flat and planted on corners. I also have DRM Bilstein shocks and C5Z05 springs. Done many hpde and canyon runs. C6Z06 are a great value and you can find them cheap in the C6 parts section.

With ours or the T1's the rears are three way adjustable but the fronts are fixed.
This is one thing to keep in mind...at least the way I look at it. Sure the shocks/springs/bars all have to work together, but bars can be done a little bit on their own over the other stuff.
With that being said, I like to have a big sway bar setup on the car to control roll and be slightly softer on springs and shocks so the car has some mechanical grip at lower speeds.
