Default P0332 code???

Got the vette intake, headers installed and decided to clean the engine up so I got outvtje foamy engine brite and some tooth brushes and water and proceeded to clean it up mind you this was a few weeks ago.

Well today its finally nice enough to get the vette out and go for a cruise so I did and after about 10 miles from the house I get a cel showing a p0332 p1134 and p1154 which I had figured on since I have no cats.

So I come on here and see the tsb on the knock sensors and that I may have caused this washing the engine.what do I do now?will they dry out on their own or did I have to buy new ones?

Also maybe some one can explain this to me but I hooked up my handheld tuner (fast flash from F.A.S.T) and run the DTC scan it shows nothing says none are stored but the did says there is the p0332 but no check engine light.so I disconnected the neg battery cable to reset it all.

Also is there risk of damage the 60 miles I drove it today?

Ended up replacing both knock sensors with ac delcos at a cost of 123.45!!!!

Went ahead and followed the Tsb online and will not be washing the engine in the future!!!lesson learned.
