OH BROTHER!!!!!! This same CHIP thing has been askes 4932 times. 
The C5 uses FLASH MEMORY PCM! You have to have Dedicated hardware to access the PCM to change the operating parameters.
However,, theres always a fool who will say "I will take the chance for $60".
LOL Yep,, the FOOL lable explains the WHOLE STORY.
Save your cash for a good Dinner. Or some other worth while MOD that really works....
Oh,,,,, dont forget the Fuel Magnets,, Thats another 20HP.. And the cool stickers 5 HP each
