Might be possible, but probably not. I have a VDO generic 0 to 90 ohm fuel level sender in my '66 Impala project car, its a pretty cheap looking part.

This is just my experience but, when I first bought my 98 used the first thing that happened 2 days later was the fuel to zero condition my wife was driving she thought the car dumped all the fuel :crazy: well any way after much research it is my experience that if you use a fuel cleaner I use BG 44k you will probably never experience this again. I haven't.
