Almost all Varram's will throw MAF codes---It can all be corrected with proper tuning
Look at this site it is great for doing diagnostics---Open and go to the "diagnostic aids" and then skip the rest and read items after from 4 thru 6
It suggests WATER being sucked into your air intake system either from rain or car wash---Also can be from dirty or fouled MAF sensor caused by OVER OILING your air filter--clean your MAF---
If it still dies after you go thru the Gearchatter suggestions then answer back--the dying can be fixed in other tables ONLY if you're sure it's not a MAF issue

OP,
Is this the first fire on a new combo? Or was it running and has developed this issue?

All that freeze frame data is nice but really useless in trying to sort out a heavily modded engine as yours----Although you got a "mail order tune" with a modded car such as yours it is basically just a "get it home tune " from the shop---
With an automatic especially you need another street driven tune and NOT a dyno tune either to sort out your driveability issues---
Most often dying and surging is a result of a skewed "desired airflow" table as well as the "throttle follower table" Problem with a mail order tune is thry never DRIVE the car !! so how can they correct all the issues due to your mods--They are just guessing
and you have a healthy set of mods where even just one of them would require more tuning

Make sure you have no air or vacuum leaks, then get a competent tuner to dial it in.

so you think the reason it wont go into gear and stay running is in the tune, or did you see something in the freeze data

We can't tell anything at all from that data.
Looking at the tune in the PCM would tell a lot.
As would a data log from tuning software such as HP Tuner or EFI live.

For instance, P0103 could be intentional, if it were set up in speed density mode.

Agree with tblu92, the car needs to go to a competent tuner.

Completely TUNE related barring any mechanical issues
