Default Oil Pressure Issues (rebuilt motor)

Okay so heres the issue. My 98 C5 had 60k miles and then one day it started to "clank." Pulled the motor and sent it to a local shop to pull apart and rebuild. The pulled it apart and said I had broke 2 rods and trashed the crank. They rebuilt the motor for me. New crank, new rods, went and did heads and cam, fast 102 intake, 102 NW TB, New oil pump etc. Got motor back. Put in the car. Trailered to tuner. Noticed the oil pressure seemed low... at first its at 40psi, the as warms up it drops, when driving it is between 35-45 max. At idle it drops.. (about 5 psi per 20 seconds) This morning I was idling and it got to 22psi when back to 40 then I drive. What could be wrong or not wrong? Remember it was rebuilt and id say it has 50 miles since the rebuild. Seems to run strong.. just noticing the oil pressure..

Possible the o-ring was not installed properly on oil pump seen this many times. To get to it you have to take front of engine aapart. Water pump, alt, etc...

Yes bad to drive it that way. Could cost you another rebuild. It could also be that the bearing clearances are too great and you are loosing pressure there.
