Lowering on stock bolts with electrically adjustable shocks
I have an '04 coupe with the electric adjustable shocks. Is it possible to lower the car on the stock bolts retaining these expensive shocks. Car has 13,000 miles on the clock. Shocks should be far from being worn out.

I'm not 100% sure what the "symptoms" of bad F45 shocks are, but having said that.....I lowered my F45 equipped '01, "on the stock bolts", when the car was a couple of months old, and 23,000 miles ago. I don't have any problems that I'm aware of.
