99 hvac probs

99 hvac probs
1999 c5 coupe hvac problems.........please help
two codes come up: b0365,b0446.
my led display is not letting me change the interior temperature, and when it does it will only change 1 degree either way.
and of course im getting hot on one side and cold on the other.
when I reset dic, I can hear the actuators spinning, and then the temp blows out both sides the same, but it is short lived as it goes back to same situation in seconds and codes reappear.
all the buttons and modes all work on the hvac , the display reads correct for outside temp.
Now this all happened after I put the battery in.(+ first then -)
any help will be appreciated;
