Default Diagnosing Knock LS1 (Video inside)

Well I randomly got a tick/knocking sound in my LS1 this weekend. This is actually on my GTO not the vette but same engine.

PRC 5.3 heads, comp cam, dual springs, Fast intake, etc. Motor has stock lifters and rockers with 126k and they have done the job thus far but I feel one may be the culprit.

Symptoms:

-Random knock low rpms seems to smooth out in upper rpms ( hope it rules out a bearing) Appears to be on passenger side in valvetrain area

-Runs great does not appear to be missing, not smoking, acting funny in any aspect.

-Header bolts are tight.

-Pulled valve cover and the springs and rockers appeared to be good.

-Changed oil and it was particle free no metal flakes, shavings, etc.

Clip here:

Thanks in advance!

how about a crack in a single header pipe?
maybe add a little seafoam to the intake and look for smoke near the motor/header.

6 speed car. The noise appears to be loudest on passenger side of motor on the middle 2 cylinders almost like its coming from under the intake manifold. Maybe a slow lifter?

Could it be a rocker arm with bad/missing bearings?
