Funny sound from bottom side
While I was in a drive-thru line last week, I noticed rattling sound bouncing off the wall next to me. Once under way, I didn't hear anything unusual. No vibrations at all.
A couple days later, while in my garage, I leaned out the door and started eng(cold). Heard a few different noises. From the front, sounded like a knocking sound. From the rear, sounded like a rattle. Also heard a couple of "ching" sounds. Does this sound like a torque tube noise? Car has A4 and 100k miles. I've been babying it, so don't know what it does at high RPM, but at 2500rpm and below, there's no vibrations.
