Default C5Z doesn't sit level/won't lower

stock suspension c5z06 the driver's side rear sits higher than the passenger rear and lowering it with the stock bolts works on front and passenger rear, but drivers side rear will not sit any lower. Any ideas? I was thinking it may be to shocks since they are 12 years old 50k miles... Running out of ideas. Any help is appreciated..thanks!

Maybe a previous owner tried to lower and got stuck on one side.

a great question, get a buddy to measure of add as much weight as you can to the driver seat and measure. i did mine with 3 - 45lb plates. was all i had so it got me close

also the "threads" turning lowering advice isn't accurate. you have to turn and measure

ideally you want the drivers side to be 1/16th to 1/8th higher than the passenger side
