fresh engine install plz help
i just got a 01 bought it as a basket case of sorts had a spun rod bearing when i picked up the car all the motor parts includeing the block were in boxes..
i'm finished rebuilding the engine put everything back in the car and have 3 relays that were in the bottom of the box...(extra parts??)
well my problem now that the background story is out there...
can't get fuel to the fuel rail!@#$%
i have cycled the key many times and also removed the after market fuel pressure sensor opening up the fuel rail and cycled the key then too... and still no fuel to the rails...
little more info....
fuel gauge reads empty (i poured 4 gallons in) still reads empty
the electric windows don't work but the power locks and power mirrors work... oh and the power antenna doesn't go up? (radio works)
the 3 extra relays that don't seem to have a home are marked

fuse box's do not have any open spots for the relay's and the extra relays have a tab on the top to screw them into something like a mounting tab???
anyone have any ideas to point me in a direction of completion so i can move on and convert this coupe to a convertible
