steering lockup
my 2000 6 spd finally had the steering wheel lock-up. Got it unlocked and then added the LMC5 bypass. Did not lock up again but periodically get the remove key wait 10 seconds message. Checked battery, voltage draw without key (.023), and cleaned key with alcohol. Still occurs. Has anyone else had problem and what is the fix?

Contact LMC5. They can help you. They have two other different modules that you cna use to solve that issue.
