Quick Over Ride Fix for One Head Light Stuck Down

Does anyone have a quick fix if one head light won't come up. My driver side does this from time to time. Is there any override to force it up until the actual problem can be addressed?

turn the **** under the rubber cover on the top of the headlight motor

KOZ is correct, but in many cases replacing the bumper stops (all four on each light) fixes this problem for good.
