Hi everyone, I have a 2007 vette and considering a 1999 conv. with damage to the front, main frame needs to be changed, I have custom built my own frames for older cars but have never been under a vette, any surprises i'm going to find, also found a front clip from a donor car, both cars will run me 6 grand but donor is a coupe, are frames the same?

A lot of work to end up with a working 99'. I seem to recall all the coupes and verts had the same hydroformed frame, I think the Z06 had something different.
