you could get a new one or a good used one for probably about as cheap as it would cost to have one rebuilt

BTW, noticed you are in the area, who do you take yours to have it aligned? That will be my next visit once I get the axle resolved.

check craigslist or junk yards for used ones, if you aren't racing the car I wouldn't worry too much... I'm sure lg has some laying around and they aren't too far from you, that is a good idea too... I align mine myself at work so I can't help with that one, surely someone else in the area can chime in... you can replace the axle without having to get an alignment if that is your concern
