Default Stumped!!!! Please Help

So a month and a half or so ago I installed a cam,intake,LS2 throttle body, fuel rails and bigger injectors, had the computer flashed and after wiring up the nitrous gauge, bottle heater ect.....now the car throws a P0118 and p0200 witch are a engine coolant temp sensor and a injector control circuit. I've checked fuses, some say it could also be the injector wiring rubbed threw the fuel rail and that's all fine. I changed the temp sensor and that's not it...... So idk this is frustrating bc I haven't really been able to drive the car and it's so nice out and I'm stuck driving my daily driver PLEASE HELP IF U CAN

Is your temp guage reading on dash as well as the digital gauge? I had to coolant temp sensor code and ended up having a bad pigtail connector. Maybe that is the culprit?

Yea the gauge on the dash at first reading 100 then shoots up to 260 if there is two temp sensors where is the second one at bc I only replaced the one on the drivers side?

I believe there is an engine oil temp sensor above the filter but after an install like you did I would suspect a broken coolant temp sensor which is located left cylinder head behind alternator. I broke mine after LT header install. Symptoms were a digital coolant temp readout of xxx and the analog gauge was pinged out.

After I replaced the sensor twice I figured it must have been the wiring. While the car was running I moved the sensor wires around a bit and the car started studdering and died. Give that a try!

Unplug the sensor and see what the dash reading shows. Then take a paper clip or small piece of wire and short the connector, see what the dash shows. You are simulating the temperature extremes between full cold and full hot (around -40F and +260F).

By the way, if you own a DVM, you can measure the voltage at the connector (when it is unplugged from the sensor). You will read +5 volts between the two pins. It is current-limited internally inside the ECM so don't worry about shorting anything.

Did you check the PCM connector terminals? There have been corrosion problems caused by battery acid.
Did you follow Bill's recommendations? If you take it to the wrong shop or dealer, you could pay a lot to get it fixed, or not.
