Hazard light triggering, service active handling/traction control
So I'm trying to get my car (02 z06) to pass state (PA) inspection. I'm not sure if this is a problem that would cause me to fail as is my first inspection here. The problem is when the car is parked and you turn on the hazards, the service handling and traction control warning comes on. If the brake is depressed before you turn the hazards on it doesn't happen. Any help would be great.
Thank you for the information. I will start by checking the grounds.
Pull and post the codes. Here is a link that describes how it is done using he dic in the car. http://www.stengel.net/diccodes.htm
The service lights for traction control and active handling should not cause you to fail inspection as it does not affect emissions.
