Default OPSU Part Numbers Interchangeable?

Hi guys, first post here but I have been reading up a lot on here, LS1howto, and LS1Tech. I have a '99 Corvette Coupe that I got last year. Besides some regular maintenance, Vararam VRB2, and the CAGS eliminator and I am planning on doing the LS6 valley cover update to remove a lot of the PCV hoses and an LS6 intake (have it sitting in a box waiting for the other parts parts). I am waiting on the PCV stuff and a lot of the writeups I have seen say that I should get an extra oil pressure sending unit (OPSU) just in case I break the existing one, because it's fragile. I took the partnumber from someone else's post and I just realized that I may have ordered the wrong OPSU.

This is what I have found out... can someone confirm these numbers and applications? From what I can tell, the last one is the most correct, if not the only correct part number but it's not clear if these others are compatible too.

12562267 - Early LS1 F-body OPSU (superceded by 19244505)
19244505 - LS1 F-body OPSU
12616646 - 1999-2004 LS1/LS6 Corvette OPSU

I had ordered 19244505 after taking someone's word for it in a forum post, but I didn't realize that they might have been working on an F-body and not a Corvette and GMPartsDirect didn't tell me that the application was for F-body. There may be multiple applications though so I don't blame them.

Are these really different incompatible parts (i.e. different connector, signal, and/or size of threading)? Are they more or less interchangeable?

I tried to cross reference these by looking at auto part stores part numbers to see if they were the same. I saw a lot of variety in height of the plastic connector but overall they look like the same thing. It's a pretty simple strain gauge but I could see how it could be made to be incompatible since for example the same generation f-body's used to have an LT1 and might have needed to keep the same instrument gauges or something like that.

Thanks in advance. I guess I hope I just don't break mine so I don't have to find out . Unfortunately I ordered new knock sensors and they are back-ordered so I can't get this started yet.
