All depend on what year your vette is. Could be many different problems. Pull and post your codes from the dic and tell us what year it is and I am sure someone here can help you out.

You might go see Rob Witt (Rob Witt Automotive 407-298-9383). He is really good and prices are reasonable. One of his techs drives a Vette and they have never jerked me around on work I have needed.

Until you get it fixed, you can clear the codes yourself to keep it out of "limp" mode. Its quite easy to do, just do a search on the forum.

1) Turn on the ignition but don't start the engine.
2) Press the RESET button to turn off any warning messages.
3) Press and hold OPTIONS.
4) While holding OPTIONS, press FUEL four times within a 10-second period.
5) System will first enter automatic display mode followed by the manual display mode.

To clear DTCs press and hold the RESET button to clear DTCs for the system displayed.

This is from his public profile here on CF
http://www.tredalign.com
looks like he is at south orange avenue and sand lake road.

Hope that helps. Once you look at the thread showing all his great reviews you will be convinced that he is worth a visit.
