Here is the story. 2002 c5 6spd. Xs power Lt's and exhuast. Haltech intake. (When installig the Lt's i had to replace the drivers a/f as the oem broke. I replaced it with a denso unit.)Got tuned by chuck cow literally right after i finished the install.Car ran great for 2 weeks(probably less than 150 miles) . Then the car threw a p0030. A/f bank 1 sensor 1. I change it out thinking maybe the new a/f was a bad unit. Clear the code run it for about 60 miles.( over the period of 2 weeks) light comes back on for same thing p0030 b1 s1. So now im a little dumbfounded. Is it possible the tune is lean and burning out that o2? Or maybe i need to use an oem unit? Or could it be another bad sensor( slim chance) any advice or ideas would be great.

All the wiring is fine. The last sensor looked fine as well. I haven't checked the fuses. I figured the light would immediately come back on if one was bad. I however will check today. What one do i i look at?
A little extra info. On the freeze frame both times the code has triggered at 2100 or so rpm. It say slow response. Maybe I need a gm sensor.....
