Default Low coolant message

Monday my car overheated (253F) on the way home. I found the condenser and radiator filled with crap and was hoping that was the issue. After cleaning and flushing, I found the water pump had gone bad. I also installed a new thermostat. I put the new water pump on, left the old thermostat housing on, and flushed the system with water for 5 minutes, then put the new thermostat in place. I filled it up and the car started cooling and runs at around 196F now on the freeway. However, I'm getting a low coolant warning on the DIC. I had started the car a few times during the flushing and cleaning process, but expected that the low coolant warning would go away after filling and restarting the car like on my '91, but no such luck. I've bled the system a few times to make sure there's no air trapped.

My question/concern is that I may have left something unplugged when I put everything back together, but I can't for the life of me remember anything that I didn't put back as I reassembled everything. Is there something I need to do to reset the previous low coolant condition and/or can someone pass along where the coolant level sensor is so I can check to see if it's connected and working properly? This is a 1998 with 105,000 miles.
Thanks for your help!
