Help! What is this?

Anyone know what this is? It is located behind the passenger foot well placed under the fuse panel. It is powered from the fuse panel.
The "Accessory" goes up behind where the radio/climate control is. The "Main Unit" was headed up towards the A pillar but has been cut clean. It is a flat cable with 4 wires in it. Looks like an RJ11 (phone) cable. I have dug around the dash behind the glove box and don't see the other half of the cable.
If it is AUX input for the radio does anyone know the manufacturer because I will need a new cable and the connector end.

Bingo. 
"Main" goes to radar detector and "Accessory" goes to a remote control head, usually mounted somewhere in the driver's area. This allows the main detector unit to operate in a "dark" mode (not visible to passersby at night) and the warning lights, etc on the remote control head are visible only to the driver. Yes, those are RJ11 flat cables, commonly used by Valentine.
Could be Valentine. Not positive on brand.
