I do not have any mods other than an after market radio and the steering wheel lock disable. I tried to hook up a obd reader but there was no communication.
Does the cig lighter work? I think the OBD data port is powered on the same circuit as the cig lighter. People GPS/radar detectors sometime blow that fuse.
I checked ground 107 then disconnected the BCM, it looked dry there were no signs of moisture. I reconnected everything and still nothing, I will be checking 106 as my jack is too tall. While trying to start the car after reconnecting the battery the air turns on for some random reason.
What do you ground your column lock by pass to? PCMs use the grounds as switches some times (most times I think).
If you passed current through it you could of blew the pcm.
Edit: One time there was like 3 mechanics in the shop working on this 1 taxi. It was a blown PCM, took them over a week. So if it isn't that's great but you need to accept that some times these things just go bad.
You are talking 90s technology that in some cases were pioneered on these cars. If you buy a new PCM on ebay and that isn't it you can always sell it or try to return it. I would bet more than the value of that PCM that it is the PCM.

Just checked Ground 106 its looks like new same with the ground on the other side. I decided to call the dealership that recently did the clutch and said they think its the fuel pump.

I would pull the aftermarket radio and double check all connections there. If there is a problem there, it can cause communication problems. If there is nothing obvious, disconnect all connections to the radio. Make sure Nothing is spliced into the harness, clear the codes and try to start it.

Yes..... BUT! you should look the car over for anything that could of fried it before plunging the new one in.
Possibly wiring diagram and checking the entire connecter with a multi-meter. See if anything is grounding and shouldn't and see if anything is putting out voltage and shouldn't.
well finally after almost 2 months I got my corvette back. FH Dailey was able to find out the PCM took a crap. They put a new PCM check for issues and found none.
