Driver side window doesn't work nor lock

Out of the blue after my car wash yesterday, my driver side window stopped working. I turned the car off then back on and it worked...Now today it won't work again. The buttons for the passenger side door work, just not for the driver's side.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help guys, I ended up fixing it by simply pressing on the wires between the door and the car :O

How do I get that bad boy off? I was at a car meet so I was in a bit of a rush to get my window down to take the top off
