I have the 410 PCM code its the air pump my question is how hard is the air pump to replace . And what has to be done to replace it

It's on the driver's side in the "skid plate" area. From underneath, remove the access panel near the front of the wheel well; several 7 mm screws. The pump has it's own mounting bracket, mounted in rubber. Disconnect electrical plug and hoses, etc. Tedious but not hard.

Be sure to order the correct unit. There are three different versions, depending on year model.

Thanks for the info can it be done with out lefting the car or does it have to be on a lift

It doesn't have to be on a "lift", but it does need to come up some in order to get to it from underneath. Jack the front end and get it on two jack stands, then remove LF wheel. It sits basically underneath and slightly rearward of the LF headlight assembly.

Or just head to the nearest tuner and have that pesky Secondary A.I.R. system tuned out permanently.

There's a small, brittle vacuum line that runs from the air pump to the vacuum T under the reservoir behind the PCM. Make certain the line hasn't failed before replacing the pump.
